1.) Dishonest and hidden commission structure advertised on their website as A$2.25/Lot per side commission. This fees is only when you trade on the MT5 platform. If you trade on TradingView, the commissions are a lot higher as its calculated on the notional value traded, not the standard lot size. Please read their FAQ for more details on variable commission rates between the two platforms. I learnt this the hard way after realizing my huge commission fees after reviewing my statement at the end of the month.
2.) If you answer a single question incorrectly in their evaluation test, they block you forever and never give a second chance to open an account with them again ever. No other broker does that.

1) We totally get why the commission structure might be confusing. The difference you're seeing between platforms comes down to how our TradingView integration works technically. Because of the platform's limitations, we have to calculate commissions on a $100,000 notional value basis instead of the usual per-lot method we use elsewhere. The good news is that this shouldn't actually make your fees significantly higher overall, because the fee is 2.25 per 100,000 units e.g. USD/AUD for a 1 lot trade would be US$2.25 per side. If you're seeing trades where the math doesn't seem right, please reach out to our support team. We're always happy to take a closer look and sort things out!
2) That quiz is actually the Retail Target Market Determination assessment, and we know it can be frustrating! The thing is, it's not something we chose to implement - it's actually required by ASIC for all regulated brokers working with Australian clients. The regulations give everyone two chances to pass, and it's designed to make sure clients understand CFDs properly. We wish we had more flexibility here, but our hands are tied by the regulatory requirements. That being said, we also agree that those who don’t know what things like “leverage” or “spread” are shouldn’t be trading CFDs.

The broker has very low spreads (mostly 0.0 for Forex) and a very user-friendly interface. I can easily open and manage multiple demo accounts. Leverage is possible up to 500.
