Don't lose access to the email attached to your account, it's impossible to resolve. Even if login was never an issue, completed authentication by phone.... Can't authenticate with email, your up "$hitz creek without a paddle" no option to resolve the issue, anywhere. Support page "contact us" phone number is only one step above fu€king worthless.
And every time you go to trade cryptocurrency, "low and behold", Gemini doesn't support trading it, which is 90% of them. Even if the search says they support trading!!!
I've been with Gemini since 2017. At first it was difficult communicating. Now it's user friendly and efficient as well as safe.
cannot use phone app without setting up a pass code, wont allow to see portfolio. with trading view i can at least trade but there is no keeping info of porfolio. or position data easily seen

Took 3 weeks to unlock my account, tying up over six figures that I couldn't trade. Total BS with customer support which was vague and unhelpful. Were it not for my desire to work with Arch, I would leave Gemini forever after that unprofessional fiasco!
It should have the option to set stop loss/take profit like other exchanges. With Coinbase this feature was added and I will use Coinbase more because of this feature
