My Honest Experience with Optimus Futures As someone who’s been trading futures for quite some time, I’ve had the chance to work with several brokerages — but I can confidently say that Optimus Futures is one of the most professional, client-focused firms I’ve come across. From the very beginning, the level of customer support stood out. I want to give a special shout-out to Jake Montag, who is, without exaggeration, one of the best support reps I’ve ever dealt with. He’s knowledgeable, incredibly patient (even when I ask the same question multiple times or come off a bit annoying), and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is clear and running smoothly. It’s rare to find that level of dedication these days. Beyond the support, the Optimus Flow platform is packed with powerful features. It offers deep analytics, fast execution, and great charting tools — everything I need for my day-to-day trading. One feature I really appreciate is the integration with TradingView, which works flawlessly. The connection is smooth, stable, and allows me to trade directly from my charts without any hassle. When it comes to fees and pricing, Optimus Futures is very fair. The commissions are competitive, and I haven’t had to worry about any hidden costs or inactivity fees — which is a big plus, especially for active traders like myself. The account setup process was also super smooth. I felt like I was treated with respect and full transparency from the start. You can tell they actually care about their clients and not just closing another sign-up. Overall, I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with Optimus Futures. If you’re serious about trading and want a broker that combines great technology, low fees, and human support that actually feels human, I highly recommend giving them a try.

Great alternative to AMP Futures

Great broker so far. Rough getting started and a bit confusing but once in pretty great. Customer service is amazing! Will continue to use as my main personal broker for the time being.

Signing up with Optimus was very streamline and Jake helped me and assisted me throughout the process. He’s very hands-on as far as getting you set up. Optimus platform I think I’m gonna use this Instead of trading view

Amazing platform

The customer service is the best I’ve ever dealt with and the reason for 5 stars, very responsive and helpful (Jake) thankyou. It’s a shame the margins for TradingView/CQG connections are not the same or even close to as good as their Rithmic margin and I prefer to trade directly through TradingView, This is the only reason I unfortunately chose to go elsewhere, if this changed I would certainly be back. If you have a larger account and margin isn’t an issue then I would certainly recommend Optimus.
