Some strong signals here in the weekly chart. First and foremost we have a weekly candle bouncing off the the 50 day moving average after a candle bounces off the 20 week MA. ARK has been rejected off the 200 week MA without finding support since October 2017, make no mistake, this is a turning point. Support is also shown to be found on two bottoming candles. Only volume is missing.
