I ask myself the question: has cryptomarket landed?
The answer came back: ambiguously.
About fundamental analysis:
- record number of USDT were printed
- BTC tested the previous bottom near $3000 the second time for the last years
- a lot of liquidations the long positions
We now see the accumulation where the large sell volume above and the buy walls from the big players of a large number of Bitcoins.
At the moment, I can assume that the big player wants to sell, he enhances his positions.
Well, there are several things that won't leave me alone:
- the financial crisis. By my estimation it'll continue for 2-5 quarters
- all this alarming talk about Tether and Bitfinex
The biggest doubts I've had it's about the formation of the bottom as I showed on this chart.
I've analyzed many charts of stocks of companies with their reversals along with superimposed on Bitcoin chart and only a few of them I want to share with you.
These examples plausible to me. I didn't short this market
Locally, BTCUSD had touched the support line of the downward channel then it bounced up. Only after breakout through this channel we can talk about a global bullish reversal.
When I'd been analyzing the reversal formations on the market, I'd saw a shocking formation on chart below.
If this chart will get 400 likes I will publish this idea on the same day.
