I ussually don't do such short analysys, but today i think we will close around that number. Let's see... On the wider timeframe BTC is in a formation of "megaphone", i belive. Inside that it has broke out of the symetrical triangle and succsessfully retested a breakout. It is now in formation of a bullflag, which will take us hopefully to mentioned number. Sorry bears ;) Well, let's ee...

Well, the tables turned obvously. From bull flag BTC formed symetrical triangle with a break down and new target around 13.150 bucks.Note
We could see a retest of a breakdown first.
