BTC 30% correction at 9800

30% corrections are quite normal on the way up. Not saying it's going to hold, but if it did, it'd also bounced off the uptrend line at 9800 price point. Let's see...

Bounced off the line, breakout of down trend channel and RSI is rising. Your guess is as good as mine but I'm still leaning bullish from here.
