Bullish flow

I grabbed the 15c Jan today chart setup looks good I know there's an active lawsuit going on DYOR but the flow calls have been active. Add to your watchlist atleast incase we get a dump.
Note
I was at work when I bought and posted this so here are some more details, CORZ has been working with CRWV for 12 years who is now looking for a $9 billion all-stock acquisition of CORZ that will save CRWV $10 billion in future lease costs and $500 million annually by 2027, making it a no brainer for them. Them deal requires approval from CORZ shareholders who will vote on whether to accept the all-stock deal, receiving 0.1235 shares of CRWV (120$ today) Class A common stock for each Core Scientific share. The vote is expected before the deal's anticipated closing in Q4 2025, probably September. CRWV has $25.9 billion in contract backlog, $8 billion in debt, with $1 billion in 2024 interest payments, and isn’t profitable so there are no shortages of risks here but that's CRWV massive growth and stock performance currently 220% since going public in March. If the deal gets voted against for some reason that could be bullish for CORZ assuming everyone thinks it's worth more than the offer. If it gets accepted they're now a part of one of AI's leading high growth AI infrastructure players also bullish. CORZ earnings AUG 7, CRWV has earnings AUG 12 will be important dates to follow. Also, CRWV has shareholder lockup expiration on September 24 increasing the freely tradeable shares from 47 million to over 337 million, a 600% jump, as 290 million additional shares become available. This could lead to selling pressure. The earnings will give us clues on how likely a massive selloff is. 12.50 or 11 for best case dip buys for CORZ I see a max pull back on CRWV at 95-100 although I'm expecting a bounce soon and that's why a started a position today. Short term CORZ looks ready to add a few dollars unless they stay pinned with uncertainty either way the call bets are stacking up!
