$DEA:NYSE - EASTERLY GOVERNMENT PROPERTIES - Gvt REIT
DEA had a nice 50% run throughout 2019 through specialising in the acquisition, development, and management of commercial properties that are leased to U.S. Government agencies. Nice steady price movement. Worth a watch.
Note
Still holding, still going strong. REITs in general will probably suffer, but hard to see Government really pulling back spending on their commercial premises.
