Slow burn to get here, but more upside
DEC has a huge following and community and Youtubers who are investing. I would consider the majority of holder as strong hands and if we see this play out, once we start to create a local uptrend, we could see the value start breaking up past $0.37 and then onto breaking all time highs. ETH is having a little pump to and I see some correlation there too. All in all, this is the little engine that could - now the charts are simply telling that story. **Please use proper risk management**
