Dow Jones is going through major uncertainties, which has hampered the momentum already . Now we can expect it to form a low near the 40,000 zone in this quarter if downside momentum continues. Overall, I expect Dow to test the previous all-time high and make a new all-time high as well . All levels are marked in the chart posted.
