I think it is about to make a move, daily and weekly charts are bullish and there's people with profits made in 
SHIBUSD and 
DWAC who might rotate into it, while the chart looks like it was accumulated strongly for weeks, and now ready to move up for a good while.
Best of luck, if you take the trade, it gets invalidated if prices break below the 0.23 handle...
