EHang has lagged it's US eVTOL counterparts Joby and Archer Aviation. This is despite EHang boasting an impressive line of products, first mover advantage in Asia and it's dominant market position in China. Unlike their competitors, they're selling their products and have government backing. Think what BYD has achieved and how it has overtaken Tesla in total sales in the EV space. Could EHang challenge Joby in a similar way?
Now that the Big Beautiful bill promises more investment in this sector, I believe now is a good time to consider going long EHang - the China alternative. But only if you believe in the long term viability of the Urbain Air Mobility sector, this investment is not for the faint hearted. It will take time for these products to come to mass market.
We had a massive run in 2021, the stock jumped 1541% during its peak. This was followed by a 96% drop. We have put in a low and the daily time frame shows a nice higher high and higher low formation - a healthy uptrend. We have reclaimed the POC, whilst pushing past a descending trendline resistance.
This is an extremely risky investment, but one that has to potential to provide 10x returns in the long run. Position yourself accordingly.
