I divide the ETH marketcap by the marketcap of all crypto excluding BTC & BTC.

1. Right now it's time to get into smaller ALTS.
2. Early August, sell your ALTS for ETH.
3. Late November buy ALTS with your ETH
4. Late December - early Jan 22, cashout most of your crypto.
5. Bear Market.
6. Start averaging back into the crypto market at the next halvening (2024).
