USD dilemma: Up of Down? What is your idea?

Today I was looking to the weekly charts of the pairs. For the USD counterparts, I saw that all (USD) pairs are placed in a bottleneck. A dilemma between breaking through the old trend-line or continuation of the trend!
Below I have depicted this point for the pairs, a long-term view for the USD.
