EURUSD Broke out of the major resistance and has formed a new high. On H4 TF, it can be seen attempting to form a new higher low. If the new higher low is fully formed and holds around the 1.10345 area, we just might see some higher pushTargets are at:
1) 1.11300
2) 1.12389
