We have come to a situation where on the long term the market is short the dollar, on the medium term position has just loaded up very heavily again on the short dollar position, and on the short term everyone basically wants to sell the dollar.Perfect?

So, in conclusion until it stay under 1.1771 it is still bearish on daily basis.Take care, trade well.
