Hi guys, I usually being my week by looking at the long term market barometer. You can see by the dates at the bottom of this chart that we are looking at a larger time frame (4 hour). This gives up a 'macro' view of the currency trends.
The AUD was very strong last week, but is being to consolidate a bit. I would expect a weaker AUD over the next few trading sessions as it consolidates.
The CAD is building for another push up. We should see continued strength for the CAD over the next few trading sessions. If you are currently long the CAD, you should see more pips.
The JPY weakness looks like it is coming to an end. It looks like we have a bounce off of 30 and headed up. This should further frustrate all of the JPY traders :D (myself included).
If you look at the USD and GBP, you can see that they are touching and about to cross. If you have access to the market barometers, this is a great way to catch a swing trade. based on this crossing, the GBPUSD should go long for a few trading sessions.
This is not investment advice, just my opinion(s). Please trade accordingly.
Trade safe and keep an eye on news.
