EUR/USD: Possible right shoulder in place (Head and Shoulders)

1 307
Hey guys,

We may have a possible right shoulder in place, given the aspect of the candles on H1 (EXHAUSTION CANDLES).

The pattern should be watched closely. It could go all the way down in order to test the neckline, which is at around 1.22.

I'm still bearish on EUR/USD (please check my previous ideas).

Cheers

Jesse

Don't forget that sellers are in the game already and waiting for any major pullback to push it down
Note
Targeting 1.22850 today, hopefully...
Note
Looks like we have a nice H&S pattern on M5

Note
Since it's friday and moves with the pair are pretty erratic I will not look for more than 1.23 as a target.

Will short more next week.

Enjoy your weekend guys! and thanks for your thumbs up and your comments, really appreciated!

Hi guys,

I hope you had an amazing weekend.

This will be my 1st trade of the week. If the pattern is valid, the 1st target will be 1.23. A break of this level will expose the pair to a bearish acceleration.

Best,

Jesse
Note
Hi guys,

Here's a little update on EURUSD.

As you can see regarding my initial idea, the targets are still valid.

It has been a bullish day, but it looks like we have a H&S pattern forming on smaller timeframes.

Conditions of this H&S and targets are shown in my chart.

Let's see tomorrow how it goes, but I'm still keeping my bearish view.

Trade with care!

Best,

Jesse
