The Hershy family trust has turned down other offers , they seem to be loyal to workers , state country , self
the offer of 107 is below where this price jumped up to of about 115
i am in the July 110 Put @ 2.63
have sold some already in the 3 to 5 range
has a long term hold possibility so i might actually exercise some puts if it drops enoughl

on resume of trading the stock dropped down to 107
and i sold my PUT , 3.40 & 5.oo
looking @ getting back in

this hit short term goal , but it did not go up enough for me to short again ,
medium term it seems to be digesting the idea
i still think this price is above the bid
and the family trust is loyal to Pa and will not sell out

well the family DID REJECT the offer !And price HAS remained in this higher area
i never did get back into a PUT
and think that this price will go side ways as an accumulation phase
since my account is still small , i will pass on this dividend play for now

well it did go down , but recovered and up it went till covrid , and recovered up more again
