Quite bullish market structure. Has taken ~190+ weeks to form this, ICX is ready for a run, likely up to ~3.97 area before profit taking occurs... (1.618 fib level).. Lets hope we get a rally :)

1) Fundamentals matter
2) Chart patterns are only a probability indicator, not a sure thing.
