ICX USDT Head and Shoulder Pattern

ICX is at minimum price, and is forming an interesting head and shoulder pattern, but need to break the 1st resistance to be able to realize it, let see what will happen in these following days
Note
the pattern is still valid until the right shoulder stay above of the head
Note
Sadly the pattern is ruined too much by the drop of Bitcoin :(
