Hello Traders!
NZDUSD was in a Trend Channel and we broke out. Now for me is bearish. But not only because the Trend Channel break. If we look at the bigger picture we can see price dropped a lot and now it made a corrective move. During this corrective move price formed the Trend Channel and now broke out.
What can we expect:
2 scenarios.
#1 Price could go up to the Supply Zone and then drop
#2 Price will drop down, push from the Demand and then drop
Recommendation
Trade with confirmation. Watch Price Action. I would not buy it. Watch to short.
