Hey tradomaniacs,
with the rising yields we have seen a strong cashflow out of yields into bonds causing equities to suffer, which is good for USD and bad for risk-on-currencies such as NZD/USD.
Now we are re-testing a very strong support-zone and I`m wondering whether we are going to break through this leven or not.
In terms of wave-analysis, this might be a strong retracenemt in form of Wave-2!
Market keeps retracing and I will wait for the US-Session now.
If uncertainy continues we might see breaks of more important key-levels.
It all depends on the correlations and how equities will continue this afternoon.
Let`s see what happens with the US-Session. :-)
