78.60% retracement is almost complete - On a bad day the candles could fall through and hit the 5th arc beneath but otherwise will rejoin it by either moving sideways or on the way down from a bounce - If Ont bounces here the range is as high as the underside of the 4th arc pair

The market has switched bullish and Ont candles have recovered the 4th arc pair - The arc is now support and the candles can climb up towards resistance at the fibs and fib ray Note
Arc support failed - $3.62-$3.70 should be a good buy zone for Ont Note
