Something is going on around POWR. Probably some fundamentals or listing at new exchange, but it looks like growing soon. I think 2570-2600 is acting as support now and should be considered as a base for future jump. Breakout zone is around 2950. According to week chart target is 3800-4000. That makes 45% - 53% profit. These are long term targets which may be hit much sooner in case of a pump.
