Does POWR Have The Power?

POWR is building a nice looking symmetrical triangle. Decision time soon. RSI is strong. Stoch supports upwards movement. Waiting for the price to close above the trigger with volume. Chikou span cross would be a great sign as well. On the flip side, this is still a very new coin and could just as easily tank.
