Essentially nothing happened today. The idea is still on. A break and close above the ema which coincides with a break above the downtrend line will get me long

Boom!!! Price closed up in style taking out the 50ema and the downtrend line. Idea is looking really good.

Price has managed to build on the breakout candle with little or no retracement. Price action is now very bullish.

Note

price has moved up nicely and I think it is now at a point where a retracement is due. This, when complete, would provide a good entry for new buyers for the long haul
