Today we have a very interesting altcoin - STORJ, which is on the accumulation cycle now. This is usually the sign of the potential huge growth in the future.
STORJUSDT ANALYSIS
The price was in the parabolic stage of an uptrend and now it has a nice correction. Now the price is testing the weekly R1 level. The is a high probability that it can reach the weekly R2 because the MFI shows the bearish hidden divergence (downtrend continuation). The weekly R2 ($1.89) looks like a very strong support. In addition the 50-day ema is going to reach this level and support the price.
STORJBTC ANALYSIS
Here we can see almost the similar situation, but the price have already broken down the weekly R1 and is going to reach the R2 level. Taking in account that STORJUSDT and STORJBTC markets are related with each other we can conclude that there is a high probability that the price will touch the 50-day EMA before the growth continuation.
