Surf looks good here if it can break and proceed with full candle about the high and previous low. I would not enter until then unless you have a very tight market stop loss somewhere below bottom. Also looks like a mini double bottom here. Checking out some call options after posting.

One downside is the revenue loss, but in reality there are so many factors to EPS loss/revenue loss with medical and biotech companies having to do with milestones so it appears the 32M revenue down to 1M revenue is bad which it kind of is... but there are milestone payments and several other factors so be careful as always being too bullish or bearish on med/bio stocks.Note

Looks like we had a increase on Friday for call options. I will more than likely buy to open a slightly OTM option with 1-2 mo Volume totals reflect options traded during the current session.

This may not be a huge gain buying the stock. Suggest really only options here. personally. Sine it could definitely get rejected at 9.60s-10.30s PT 1- 9.65 (very key level could get rejected here)
PT 2- 10.30-10.80
PT 3- 12.71 (big level)
PT 4- 15.05 (unlikely)
If it somehow got past 12.71 It could potentially take off
