Pure speculation. Havent seen any charts look like this one, and the first and best following pattern to this price action IMO would be an M which would link up with the bottom of the long term trendlines one the fall and retest - to a possible break and ascension. Of course, the opposite is that 
TEL can end up in the graveyard again.
