Some ALTS are already breaking out in a major way.
I believe almost all ALTS will do the same.
When do they move hard? They all broke a major declining trendline.
BTC did the same thing which led to the new ATH.
ALTS will catch up.
Tfuel broke the trendline already and we have a lot of upward potential.
A lot alts are lagging , keep an eye on them.
XRP is a good example.
