US30 fall to support and GROW
The price continues to follow our plan. First, it reached the resistance line and rebounded in growth.
Then, it worked out a small buy signal, bringing us a profit. Now, the price continues to move in a small upward channel, which formed after a sharp rise in November 2020.
In the middle of the channels, as you know, the price often "slows down" and moves without any significant growth and fall spikes. This is what we have seen over the past few weeks.
However, now it is already clear that the price has come close enough to the support line - the lower border of the ascending channel.
Therefore, I expect that the price will now complete its movement and touch the support line around 29891.
After that it will use the support, push off the line and begin to grow. As a result, I expect the price to come to the resistance line through corrections and pullbacks. The final target is thus the resistance line 30893.
