I will share my thoughts on the current market situation and any possible targets. You can make your conclusion out of this and make your own decision how to play it!
USDCZK : on the 4 hour chart a higher low is set and I believe there are 2 possible scenarios.
We might set a lower high under 23.7 followed by a higher low and set a tight equilibrium before continuation OR we will fly straight to 24 and make a higher high.
The 99 EMA is about to cross bullish and OBV is showing a lot of strength.
