Price has extended so much without any major retracement, we have hit a higher timeframe sup/res line and head and shoulders have formed. entered on bear engulfing breaking neckline of a head and shoulders formation. but now price is retracing back? surely just a retest of the neckline before continuing down? Sorry if this is poor analysis im new to trading. have I missed anything vital that I should have taken into account before I placed this trade?
