I have many question in msg.
ask why 40 pips - It is my target in trade per idea for minimum gain .
and why not sell in sometime
- I sell in scalping but I can't post on time. when I trade and post price is heavily drop .i mean you can't got any profit after it ir is too late and too risk.
so if i post you may got huge drawdown that it is not my trade style.

1. Can i close All ?
Yes If you ok with 70+ pips it is Ok it is depend on your style.
if you have many lot size , you can partial close or move stoploss in high profit zone.
2. Can I open sell now
I am not sure if around sell zone it is ok
Normally I don't plan i will not trade.
Keep no position better have position with no plan.
