Still same target, but may move soon. Both offer similar things and the recent Dash and XMR anon coins got me thinking Zcash may have something to do with both of these pumps. Above 004 will be crazy if it gets there.

If we follow dash we should break through 004 and go to the 2 fib (between 1.61 and 2.61) before going back to retest 004. May not though and just hit around where I marked. Also 
DOGE should do similar and more. As long as btc doesnt totally die, and doesnt go full bull, alts will reign.Note

update it a few times. those same lines still apply as a type of resistance fan. imo scale in now, with orders down to next line. under red line uh oh. if ~018x holds it makes a base and will move to 029 or so. mid the last large consolidation zone. now we are .018, or .022-0.014 /2 + 014, 0.004+0.14 = 018, the middle of the last consolidation zone.
