Previously we had a nice trade of ZRX:
Now on the weekly time frame, ZRX formed a bullish Cypher pattern.
Buy and sell targets:
Buy between: $0.7460 to $0.4979
Sell between: $1.09 to $1.46
Stop loss:
Maximum extent of the buying zone to $0.4979 can be used as a stop loss.
Possible profit ratio:
As per the above targets, this trade has a profit possibility of 193% and a loss possibility is 34%.
There is also 200 simple moving average support in buying zone, therefore, we can also set below 200 SMA as stop loss in order to minimize the loss ratio:
