$VIX — GAP FILL GUARANTEE?!

I have another idea for you...
The VIX will go back to $28.33 — I am so sure of it.
Spy puts will work too, because VIX is an inverse.
WHEN THE VIX GOES UP, THE MARKET GOES DOWN....
