BIOTECH monthly IBB nasdaq Current and potential trend scenarios:
Decreasing volume on the monthly in recent months
currently looking to break upper trend line for a breakout.
A break down on strong volume toward the lower trend line may break for a considerable pull back.
LABU, long trade ideaI've been in an out of LABU over the years. I rode it up recently to the upper trend line. I now see a pullback complete and a chance we are breaking out of a bull flag higher. Stop anywhere below the flag (dotted red lines) should break above the upper trend line and move higher. IMHO
JAZZ looks ready to go longAs the entire Pharma sector seems to be moving higher, JAZZ appears ready to join in. Finding support at the 75sma it is now moving away from it higher. Watch the double top, a break above that would be bullish. IMHO
IBB should push higher - 329 area in next month or soLong some IBB calls at the 313 area. Expecting 320 area for the short term target where I will close half my position. Leave the other half to attempt a run up to 329 territory.

MRK: Low risk long opportunityI think $MRK offers a terrific low risk long here, a great biotech company to own in this particular juncture.
$IBB is acting very strong, there is a monthly uptrend active currently in the sector, so, finding the strongest contenders will yield great returns going forward.

Biotech Season Off to a Good Start
NASDAQ:PIRS catching some short covering perhaps near end of the day, sending it up near the critical 5 area. Low 4s held very well after a month long run and consolidation. Expecting this to breakout over 5 barring any extraordinary news; not following company details but certainly ripe for a catalyst. Wouldn't be surprised with upgrade ratings or purchase disclosures in the coming weeks that may drive it further in the near-term.
Biotech seasonality is upon us, further adding to my long bias here.

RDUS buy on any dips.Huge volatility contractions recently with all good news and a near break to the upside. The range on this guy is massive, with impulses showing roughly $48 target on first and mid $50's target on the second. Extremely bullish on this name.
