1810 AnalysisPrice is currently mitigating the bullish POI at 12.16. We also have equal lows and sell-side liquidity at 11.26 to be taken. Price is more likely to go down and take the liquidity before we see any up moves.
Chinese Real Estate -8% TodayJust FYI, an equally price-weighted basket of large Chinese real estate companies is down 8% today. Rumor is going around lots of companies in this sector are not paying interest payments and are on the verge of default. Maybe it could spill over into global markets? Dare I say it could be an outbreak in the market flu?
These companies are much larger than Enron. Evergrande (HKEX:3333) by itself has 120,000 employees, about 6 times as many as Enron had. Maybe something to think about.

700 AnalysisPrice is playing out precisely as analyzed. we have now filled the fair value gap at 310.2 and took the sell-side liquidity. From here, I'd expect the price to bounce off to the upside before continuing lower. We could also see price reverse from here.

When this industry contributes 25% of the country's GDP, it is imperative that the CCP will do something to shore up the default players rather than to see them falter on their debts holdings.
This bailout , hopefully will send some of the players shares going up but I would wait a while more before deciding to go LONG on it......
BYD.....Charging the battery!Hello Traders,
BYD bounced off the level @ 261 HK$, as I mentioned per my later analysis! In consequence, it ran to 302.-! This could be waves (i) or a wave a of (b) of ((ii))!
In the corrective case, at 325.80, waves c=a of (b), and the next move should be down to 245.80 HK$! This would complete waves (c) of ((ii))!
If the weakness to 261 HKD was all of the correction, the waves should extend to 333.- HKD from these levels or slightly lower areas!
A break of 261.- would negate the bullish view for a moment!
