How it works
Red & Under 90 = Bearish Volatility
Blue & Under 90 = Bullish Volatility
Red & Under 10 = Strong Bearish Volatility
Blue & Under 10 = Strong Bullish Volatility
White & Over 90 = No Volatility (Indicating trendless chop)
