Updated Higher TF Moving Averages

Script showing up to 5 different Moving Averages of a Higher Timeframe.
User can select the MA type (EMA or SMA) and its length.
Default are 10, 20, 50, 100 and 200 period SMAs.
The script will also plot optional labels with price display.
All plots and color are configurable.
