Updated CVD RSI [experiment]

This is not really a RSI not either a CVD. This is more like an experiment.
It's a RSI calculation applied on the CVD script i made (tradingview.com/script/SBqEJXgb-Not-really-a-CVD/) instead of a classic RSI based on candle close.

- You can now select the resolution on which you want to base the calculation. 1min is the default value. The higher the timeframe, the lower is the precision but the longer is the history.Open-source script
