Updated Time Cycles
These are ICT market time cycles based on the idea that London starts at 3:30am (EST) and continues until 7am. NYAM is then from 7am-11:30am. NYPM from 11:30-4pm. Each of these sessions is broken into 90minute cycles which are also broken into 30minute cycles.
