A different style of MACD indicator with different period values of WEIGHTED and EXPONENTIAL MOVING AVERAGES INSTEAD OF only EXPONENTIAL.
Default MOVING AVERAGES ARE
faster period: 8bars EMA
slower period: 13 bars EMA
signal period: 5 bars WMA
