Updated BTC Futures Settlement Dates

Shows the CBOE and CME settlement dates as horizontal lines, with the option to show a 7 day warning in the background. This should hopefully give ample warning.

- Added new dates, so warnings will show up until mid July 2018- Warnings now show past current price action, with thanks to pequet for the code
- Changed the warn to 3 days, as 7 days was too much and the chart was 50% warnings.
- Changed colours to be more unique to reduce blending in with other indicators
- Added timezone for more precision

Fixed problem with warning placement. It appears to be a Tradingview bug so the fix is there until they can troubleshootRelease Notes
New dates added: CME until Jan 3rd and CBOE until December 19th. - I also added an option to change the number of days that are highlighted before the settlement date. Default is 3 but if you want a whole week warning you can change it to 7.
- The actual hour of the settlement is now highlighted but is only visible on the 1h and below
