Bitcoin volatility index - Waiting for a volatile November The Bitcoin volatility index is near an all-time low level that is around October 2018 low. I have already compared these charts (see below). The fact is that after such a decrease in volatility, there is always a big move. The question of up or down is the eternal question of most people in the market. Locally, I think there will first be an upward movement with liquidations of short positions and then downward. My opinion has not changed since November 2021 - we are going down and already near the bottom. For this, we lack the last dive down with multi-billion dollar liquidations of large and small players in the market. Who benefits? Manipulator. Who is the manipulator? The largest crypto exchanges with futures trading like - Binance, FTX, Bybit, Okex, Huobi, and others. For those with a short memory, remember when Binance bought Coinmarketcap - after the covid fall in 2020. Best regards, EXCAVO

After a successful end to a short term trade setup that we shared recently, our main trade idea remains in place and which is that key resistance labled on this chart has to be broken at 20455 before we can anticipate the next BIG rally higher in Bitcoin. Until that happens we see BTCUSD still sitting within our CHOP BOX indicated on our chart with the dollar symbols either side of the coloured box.

Scalping the LONG SIDE? BTC Buys#btc #bitcoin #btcusd Since posting this chart some hours ago we had a few DMs asking would we take a buy short term trade here here on Bitcoin. Well as we mentioned earlier we wouldn't be interested until BTC was above our key level above 20k. Anyhow with a gun to our head as a very short term idea with risk managed one could enter at market looking for 4:1 reward to risk and still be within the current BTCUSD liquidity range. But like we always say in our lessons we rather be in late but with a smaller stop loss in any trade and so we only see that senario playing out for us once BTCUSDT is above 20k again. Bitcoin: Volatitly cylce at the lowsVolatility on bitcoin is still very low, so there is no real interest in the crypto space which is normal in a risk-off environment. Keep in mind that everything is linked to FED policy, which is in a hawkish cycle right now, so higher yields, mean higher costs, thus its less free cash to be invested into the cryptos, stocks, etc. However, this hawkish cycle may come to an end if economic conditions will worsen in weeks and months ahead. A recession should force FED to slow down the hawks, and that's when new cycle will be seen in the markets. Ideally, this will be later this year or in 2023. That's when stocks could find a base and cryptos bounce away from the support as volatily may increase.

Bitcoin remains in a CHOP BOX indicated by the $ symbols - BTC Bitcoin still chopping up traders. Those still holding the bag and others who are still trying to pick the bottom of the BTC bear cycle. No doubt many traders are trying to accumulate more Bitcoins at these levels, however we don't feel like BTCUSD has finished clearing up some of that liquidity at recent and even older LOWS. This chart shares our current key levels going forward and we will trade around them accordingly as more PRICE ACTION develops in the coming days and weeks.
