LVDS uses a data science-driven approach to investing in the US large-cap space. The approach combines proprietary models, fundamental and quantitative analysis, data insights, and ESG considerations in forecasting financial performance. Additionally, the adviser also evaluates macroeconomic, competitive, and operational risks. Derivatives, mainly futures contracts, may be used to manage equity exposure efficiently. While investments diversify across sectors, the fund may concentrate holdings and invest up to 35% in a single industry if that sector represents at least 20% of the benchmark. Positions are sold when fundamentals weaken, valuations become unattractive, or better opportunities arise. Before June 16, 2025, LVDS was a mutual fund called JP Morgan US Applied Data Science Value Fund before converting to an ETF structure, starting with $13.46 million in assets.
