OPEN womp womp. I’m done with meme stocks lol I work in real estate and I’m telling you this company makes no sense. Even if they flipped 1000 homes and made 50k a pop that’s only 50mill. Ain’t no way in hell anybody is flipping 1000 homes a year and 50k is extremely generous per flip. How is evaluation over 1B? I’m holding this from 2.11 so whatever just gonna hold and forget about it. Unless rates cut drastically cause housing to rally, this stock is going nowhere. Sales in my area are down 50% from last year lol NObody is buying houses. Every seller gets offers with “sale of property” condition in it and then you go to sell that house and they get offers with the same condition, it’s like a domino effect, with no first time buyer at the end GL
